I have taken new monthly plan of jio fiber for amount Rs. 599 (30 MBPS internet speed + channels) on 31st August 2023 at my home and made an 6 months advance payment for booking installation.Installation of router and set up box was done on 2nd September 2023 which was found defective as per technician’s confirmation on the visit on 3rd september 2023. They told wifi was not working properly due to device problem and need to be replaced. Even though having multiple follow ups with engineers and their superiors,no proper response have been received and no body is ready to correct this defects as they are giving wrong excuses and trying to ignore the issue.
