Sir/Madam,
I have the honour to inform you that, I purchased a flight ticket from Agartala to Jaipur on 14th March-2021. But after payment of ticket price through online the travel agency Travel Look cancelled my flight ticket within 03 minutes. When I asked the customer care they assured they will refund the money to my account with 15 working days. Due to their negligency I could not avail of the confirmed ticket. Due to which I could not meet with my son at Kota, Rajasthan during corona period. But several times I contacted with them through customer care number and every times they informed me within 7 days they will return the money to my account. but till date they did not return money to my account. My flight Booking Reference No. REF 915001526.
