On 24/03/2019, I booked 2 seats in 2 tier AC from Thrisur(TCR) to Krishnarajapuram(KJM) using by SBI Debit card and paid Rs.2075/-. The transaction ID is 100001745732848 but the booking failed with the remark “PASSENGER NOT IN SAME COACH”. 88 seats were available at that point of time and hence after 10 minutes I again booked the seats and paid Rs.2075/-.The transaction ID is 100001745767441. To my surprise, this time also the booking was failed with the same reason “PASSENGER NOT IN SAME COACH”. I waited for the refund since normally it takes 6-7 days to effect the refund. But 8 days have elapsed and I have not received the refund (Rs.4,150/-).
