Hi,
I had booked a Go Air flight for 3 passengers including myself for 3rd July 2023 from Ranchi to New Delhi but due to operational reasons the flight got cancelled on 26th June 2023. I also received a mail from Go Air that the refund is under process. I had booked the tickets from Yatra.com. After repeatedly following up with Yatra and with Go Air, I have not received any response from either.
