A site called Amazingsale.com has newly introduced for online purchases recently and they called me and informed me that they have chosen me for a second prize of a new Car on promotion. For that I have to buy product for Rs 1200/- initially. I bought item for the same duly paying amount through PayU, but the product was not worth. After that they insisted me to submit my documents to process the prize. After submission of the same they asked me to buy products for Rs 25000/-, but when I denied they told me to buy at least for Rs 10000/-. Since they made several calls for that, finally I demanded products for Rs 10,000/-. But the products which I received were useless and not worth, I called them and mailed them and informed about products and asked to refund the same. But they are denying to refund, but agreed to replace the items during Sept 2018. As per their website they clearly mentioned that 100% refund is allowed if the product is found defeat. But till date either replacement or refund has been processed. I made several calls and sent mails on the matter but they insisting me to pay Rs 25000/- more to complete the process for my prize. Nowadays they are not picking my calls. The product manager is Mr Avinash, mobile Number is 8929681371.
In view of the above may I request you to kindly take necessary action to get my money of Rs 11,200/- from Amazing Sale.com at the earliest please.
