Sir, my Air India ticket No 0982135121467 on 04 Mar 2021 from Jammu to Bangalore and back. My flight was rescheduled by air india and same was cancelled by Air India it self on 03 May 2021. How ever my refund has not yet been released / returned by Air India sofar. It is already delayed by around 70 days from cancellation of my ticket. As per Air India policy it is required to be refunded by 21 days. The same has not been happened.
