I have booked a flight ticket vide PNR no: MQI9WK on 23rd September, 2021 from Kochi to Hyderabad for the passenger PTMOHANAN PILLAI. Unfortunately the ticket was cancelled by the travel agency Travolook themselves. We have requested for a refund and in the last mail that we have received on 12th March, 2022 stated that the refund has been initiated and amount will be credited within 4-5 bank working days. The refund is not credited to our account till this date. And now they are not lifting the calls and there is no response from the agency.
