I had ordered groceries from D’Mart Ready App (Order No. 19572284 ) The Online transaction was done through the UPI Payment App from HDFC Bank and the amount of Rs. 1008 has been debited from my HDFC Bank Account on 12th. August. It shows that payment for the same has been done to indiaideas@icici(UPI Ref. 022513073696 )
I have tried contacting both D’Mart and billdesk/Indiaideas but unfortunately both cannot be reached.
I had earlier got in touch with D’Mart and explained the problem. They assured me that if the payment has been received by them then the payment will be refunded within 5 days. Now the Customer care number does not work anymore.
I had also sent them 2 e-mails but did not get any response from them.
Request your assistance in arranging to help me in getting my refund as soon as possible.
