This is really disappointing that amazon is not delivering my product after getting advance payment since I have placed the order on 10.10.2021 ( order details screenshot attached herewith)
The mobile app indiscriminately reflects the product being under process of delivery though there are no justified updates. Despite repeated complaints to customer care they have not solved my problem yet.
I have already sent email to concerned department, but no result indeed I have received.
If I do not get my product along with 100% compensation for harassing me, I will go to consumer forum.
I will also explore this bitter experience in every social media like face book, whats app, etc so that no one can be harassed by Amazon in future.
Waiting for your quick & positive response ASAP.
