Order was given vide number 403-4420948-8367536 dated 31.07.2023 for purchase of Lifree Adult Diapers 20 pcs (M10*2) for Rs.696.00. It was supposed to be delivered by 11th August. No delivery was made but it was showing delivered on 11th August. Subsequently talked to Amazon representative two times. It was assured by the representative that refund would be made shortly after getting report from seller by 3 to 4 days. But till date no refund has been made.
