• I had placed an order of items worth Rs 638.75 and paid the money in advance to Jio Mart.
• Till date I have neither received the ordered items nor the refund.
• I have called up the customer care at least 10 times and also sent the complaint by email but no action has been taken by Jio Mart since the last three months.
• My precious time and money has been wasted
