I am writing to bring to your attention an ongoing concern regarding the non-receipt of the NOC (No Objection Certificate) following a successful payment of 20,877, made on April 26, 2024.
I have confirmation of the transaction with the associated transaction ID. Despite multiple attempts to reach out and several calls made, I have not received any resolution to this matter. I was informed that the NOC would be provided within 72 hours of loan payment, yet it has not been forthcoming.
