I have placed two purchase orders whose numbers are given below;

I have placed ORDER T6479 of Rs. 1051.0 and ORDER T5741 for Rs 664.0
but it is sorry to say that til date I have not received the material
which is not a good practice , therefore it is requested that either
deliver the material at the earliest or refund my money at once.
