Dear sir/Madam
1. I have ordered four sari of different colour ie Orange,Royal Blue,Red & Mehandi on 20 Oct 22 each costing rs.499/-. Accordingly, paid rs.1996/- through Amazon pay.
2. On 23 October 22, received only one packet having Sari of mehandi colour. On enquiry with yr delivery boy,he assured balance three sari will be delivered by other delivery boy as he has given only one packet to deliver. Call records of delivery boy is available with me.
3. On contacting telephonically with Amazon customer care they assured about a enquiry will be done for non Receipt of Items and it will take minimum of five days.
4. Till now neither I have received my balance three sari nor the refund as applicable.
