I have placed order on 10th sep,till date products are not received,sick and tired of following up on WhatsApp, Instagram and email channels from last 14 days, They are not even ready to refund the amount back even after so much follow up, Products were returned back to them by courier partner but instead of processing refund they redispached it and again made me wait for one week, they are neither responding on calls nor emails now.
I have marked email to their MD still no response and they haven’t called me even single time to address the issue.
Please help to get refund from them.
