Sir I want to Port my VI (postpaid) mob No to other service provider. However while generating code I receive a MSG from 1901that UPC cannot be generated for the reasons: (1)There are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact your service provider for further assistance. On communicating with VI care, they turns thing round and round. Please help me.
