Dear Senior Executive, my parents have mobile number 9816066254 and 9459151825 for last so many years. We all are extremely satisfied customers but my mother number 9459151825is not having net service inspite of numerous visit to solan office and 121 calls. It’s shocking
that the lacadisical attitude shown by your staff at all levels to senior citizen who is a veteran also. I am an serving army officer and told my folks to have patience as I am also a Airtel user 9800310006. We all would like to migrate now because of apathy and no concern by Airtel. For your information and necessary action as deemed appropriate. Regards
