I ordered a product called Amul High Protein Blueberry Shake from their website www.shop.amul.com. I was asked to create an account, which I did, and then the site redirected me to the payment gateway. After completing the transaction the web page became unresponsive for some time and then it reloaded without placing any order. The payment has since been deducted, with no acknowledgment or confirmation from their side. I emailed them regarding the same issue and I have tried reaching out to their customer support thrice but didn’t get any satisfactory response or an update
