The amount of Rs.210261.46 was paid to CRED on 20-03-2022 for making payment to BoB Credit Card but CRED transferred the fund to BoB vide order no.EJJ5NWXN865 AND UTR NO.207900894036. But unfortunately, the payment was not received by BoB credit card till today.
Even after my 5th reminder, no action was taken to resolve it. The last date of payment for the BoB credit Card is 20-04-2022, if it is not credited then it will make me a defaulter without any fault of mine.
Early action is required to resolve the issue.
