sirs, I have surrendered the geofibre coneection within 15 days of installation. The devices
were picked up by the company on 22.10.2021, but , i have not received the reund till now.
I have been sending mails but the delivery system says ‘ mail could not be delivered’.
I do not know if the mails reach them.
whenever i call them, they send a sms with a link. i open the link and enter my regd mob no as asked and click ‘generate otp’, instead of generating otp it says ‘refund not applicable’. !
They keep on sending such links but the link does not work.
two months have elapsed since they picked up the devices but no refund coming.
I have already send my bank acct details etc. but still they are asking for the same.
Kindly help me in this regard.
