I am holding airtel dth connection with customer id 3003617950-001 and 002. I had called up your customer care number twice at approx 1800 hr on 26 Oct 18. I would request some Sr exec of your company to kindly listen to the recording and call me back on my regd mob no.I had recharged my dth for Rs 8181 in Mar 2018 and I was being told that there is zero bal in my acct and thus the customer care exec cannot change my regd address to enable me to get my connection reinstalled at my new address. He was arrogant and threatened me that he will disconnect the call which he eventually did. The bad experience I had while making a service request for reinstallation of my connection and the fact that your staff failed to convince me as to how my balance is zero when I had recharged my acct for 1 yr validity just seven months ago ? He sought my customer ID number which I told him that I am unable to recollect and should not be sought as I am speaking from my regd no. I would like to terminate my association with airtel and request you to kindly cancelled y connection and refund the bal amt for my dth. O shall get mine and my families mob no ported to some other service provider

I requested for contact number of your sr exec to whom I could make a call during my second call bit your staff declined to provide the same to me.
It is a very unprofessional attitude displayed by your staff. May I request you to kindly use these call recordings to educate your staff.
If deemed appropriate can someone call me please. after this complaint for last 37 days I was being repeatedly assured that my complaint will be looked into. I placed a request for termination of connection on 26 Oct 18 and purchased new set top box of different operator.

now I have received a msg from Airtel that due to insufficient balance my acct has been suspended . when it was recharged for a year in March 2018 with payment of over Rs 8000 then how is it that you are claiming insufficient balance in my acct? kindly get the balance payment due in my acct for the month of Nov 2018 to Mar 2019 which I have already paid in advance.
