I am Mira Sarangi was Customer relationship manager at Advaitha Ventures Pvt Ltd.
Domlur Bangalore India.
I have been resigned from the company on 31st July,2018 and company is not issuing me a cheque of my final settlement.
As per the avp of the company I suppose to get my final settlement by August 1st week but could not happend that. I have been following up with them to release my salary but they are not responding at all.
Now company is denying to pay my final settlement.
I have served notice period of 15 days from 15th of July 2018 and my last working day was 31st July 2018.
I mailed regarding this to MD of the company Mr. Suresh Hegde . Even he didn’t reply anything.
please make attention over the matter.
