Dear Sir,
Namaskar.
I’m Kailash Ale,who was working as security guard in M/S Yash security agency in Dehradun from 21 Dec.2018 onward.
On 22 Feb.2019, I gave my resignation from the said company stating that I’ve got a better job and followed Yash’s 15 days notice period time frame.
When I approached my last date of 8 March,the field officer of the security company,Naveen requested me to work one more day i.e.0n 9 March saying that my final dues would be met that evening.
Total of 33 days have been accrued for my non payment of final dues.
Yesterday being Sunday,the supervisor of security agency ,Vikas said that I would get my dues today i.e. on 11 March.But this guy is telling lies and my repeated phones are left unanswered.
You’re requested to look into this matter please and do ask the defaulters i.e. Vikas to payback my final dues for 33 days.
