I didn’t ordered any products throughout any apps/website but using my name and address they delivered a product and collected cash amount of Rs570.00 .without contacting without asking for OTP they delivered non-ordered product.In that packaging no details found like my contact details product details product price details payment mode no information available.In packaging they mentioned

I want to know the reason whom ordered the product using my name on which app the product ordered I want my money back pls get this product back nd refund my amount.If I didn’t get solutions I truly move this to legal consumer crime and I’ll make it as a big issue over Ecom pvt ltd services.Now Ecom Express telling that the Incorrect Non-ordered product is from Sociofy Enterprise.. please please I don’t want this non ordered product get this product back &Refund my 570rs money back please
