I have purchased a dell laptop from Mangalore store on 5th May 2024and he has not issued tax invoice for that purchase. it has been one year he has not issued invoice . I am writing to file a complaint against a seller who has failed to issue a proper GST invoice for a laptop I purchased, despite full payment.
