I had booked a flight using Travolook website (www.travolook.in) on 2nd October 2021. The booking got immediately cancelled as there was no seats available on the flight. I was promised the full refund of my amount within 10-14 days when I contacted them. But till now I haven’t received the amount even after repeatedly calling them. Please look into the matter.
