I had booked an Indigo flight ticket on 2nd October from Travolook website (www.travolook.in). My ticket was cancelled from their side as there was no seat available in the flight. So I was assured refund of the full amount within 10-14 working days when I contacted their customer care. But I still haven’t got my refund back inspite of frequently calling the Customer care. They have been continuously giving assurances.
I sincerely request you to help me in this issue by getting my refund back. As I have come to know ,Travolook has many such customer issues, so kindly take strict action against such online booking sites. Hope that these types of incidents wont happen again.
