I was employed by Bhavika Commercial Private Limited from 2nd August 2021 to 31st March 2022 as CEO. I was entrusted with various duties, which I tried to carry out diligently. My salary as mentioned in my appointment letter was ₹100000/month. However, out of the total due of ₹800000 due for the total period worked only #350000 was paid. In spite of repeated reminders while in office or since leaving BCPL the directors have not responded to my queries about settlement of my dues. They also do not link PF account nor provide any pay slip.
I need to recover my dues ASAP.
