2 days after booking a Go First flight via happyfares.in/. i received an email from the airlines. They mentioned operational reasons and had to cancel the flight. They offered me a full refund and cancellation.
I was informed 3 days later from the airlines that a full refund was successfully processed.
Its been 30 days, yet no refund has been credited to my account via happyfares.in. They say that a charge of Rs1000/- as service charge will be levied, for cancellation, even though the airline has cancelled the flight.
I do not wish to bear the nonsensical charge. Also they keep on saying refund is in process, yet its been 30 days, no refund has been issued to us.
