Dear Mr.CEO,This is regarding the ongoing issue of my return pickup which unfortunately isn’t happening even after 6 attempts since 13th July.The delivery boys usually call me and deny pickups as the box is open which is pretty weird because that is the sole reason I am returning it.I also had a word with Mr.Kiran yesterday and his tone was so assuring that the delivery guy will come and without even uttering a word, will pickup the item, but ridiculously no one turned up.I have a list of emails on each date stating the schedule of return pickups, but this seems like a joke.Moreover, there is no way I can escalate to anyone here. Look, I am addressing this to you on some random email ID. Is this how you operate? I work with Siemens and I understand how transparency builds customer confidence, which is clearly not there with Amazon India.My money is stuck and the customer service guys are all following the same routine language which isn’t convincing at all.I have lost trust in amazon. Please refund my money. I don’t care whether you pickup the product or not, I am concerned about my money, please send it back to me.If you cannot resolve this at your level, please let me know the email ID of headquarters so that I can highlight this to them.
