I have asked for prepaid connection but they have given the postpaid connection. Also there was one month referal voucher, which the team is not ready to adjust against my billing.
If I informed the local Jio team, they are asking me to surrender the connection and if I raise the query with Jio care, they are niether understanding my concerned nor interested to resolve the issue.
