I have purchased Hisense 1.5 Ton Split AC in April 2022 and installed by authorized service provider ResQ.
As per installation guideline, Installation Person has not sealed my hole by while cement where they drilled for connection of Compressor and Inside Model. But at the time of installation person not done sealed my drilled hole by white cement. We have requested him to do the same but denied directly and told than we dont have white cement at present, will complete later.
Afterwords, I have logged compliant to ResQ so many times but no one response for the same. Due to rainy season, Complete water logged in my bed room through this hole.
Also, I dont know about this portal of complaints. So today i have registred my complaints against Hisense and ResQ.

My humble request is to please take appropriate action against Hisense & ResQ from my side. Because i am common man and i cannot fight against Big Gaint.
