I had applied for installation of Tata sky DTH services and had made a payment of Rs 1993 on 23 March 20 (screenshot of payment attached to the mail). Despite that, DTH installation/services have not started at my end nor have I received any correspondence regarding the same. You are requested to look into the matter and start my services at the earliest.
I have been complaining since 19 May but no action till date
Attached is the online payment copy of Rs1993 for my new connection at Pune( and Rs 2000 is for my old one at Noida)
If you have cancelled then I should have got my Rs1993 back as I have not cancelled
I think you should take this seriously now as 4 months have gone
YESTERDAY ON PHONE I WAS TOLD THAT THIS HAS BEEN CANCELLED AND YOU HAVE TO MAKE FRESH PAYMENT. I AM WILLING FOR THAT TOO PROVIDED YOU REFUND MY RS1993 IMMEDIATELY.
