Text of Complaint by Vipin Verma:

I had applied for Xstream Fibre Connection through airtel Thanks app and as informed by shri Mahendra Singh who was on line I had made the payment of Rs 3004/- online through phonepe payment vide transaction Id T2207011527352405079763 in favour of Bharti Airtel Ltd.at 03.27 Pm on 01.07.2022. After that I am running from piller to post to get the said connection but of no avail. I further am left with no alternative but to approach the Consumer Cort if my case is not resolved by 05.07.2022.
