I applied for Jio Fiber new connection with set top box on 25 th April. The jio person verified everything and took the money.
They rescheduled the installation appointment many times. First date was 29th April but not installed on that date and ultimately they rescheduled it on 8th May.
But today I received a message that my Refund has been initiated for cancelation where as I didn’t cancel my order.
It’s the second time they did it to me.
I am waiting for the connection since March. Earlier also they hanged me for almost 20days and then refunded my money saying REFUND AGAINST CANCELATION.
I never cancel my order. I take online classes and for their delay all my national and international students are suffering. Moreover, I am losing business everyday.
