I have booked for new WiFi connection on 26th Feb’21 and now it’s 11th March’21 but no resolution provided installed yet.
I have connected with several persons on regular basis from 2nd of March and the are just talking round and round but not a single person has provided me a clear picture. And now the technical team has came to install another person’s WiFi connection and I met with them and on 15th day of my booking he is saying that connection can not be installed. Whereas I have confirmed with them before booking and that time and after Mr Anil Kumar Singh (LCO) has confirmed several times that I will be installing your WiFi on that day and that time but he has never told me that they cannot provide the WiFi hear. However they have installed their connection near to me, 15 house before my house.
Neither 121 guy has provided the details nor ground team Mr Anil Kumar Singh, Amit Pandey to whom I have connected several times.
