Waiting for JioFiber installation since 1 week at Indraprastha nagar, Nagpur despite installation promised in 3 days. The JioFiber representative Aamir Ali is not picking up phone once despite 8-9 phone calls per day. Payment of Rs 1500 done however no communication from Jio side. No coordination between registration and installation teams in Nagpur. Wish to convey to JioFiber higher management at Nagpur / Maharashtra level to please ensure installation at the earliest.
