I regret too much for service provided by JIO.

We have box already installed at parking. andd have connection at 1st floor since 1 year. Now we wanted to have connection at 3 rd floor. I paid 1500/- on 13th Dec. Since 8 days it is not installed
On wednesday 15th we received message that due to technical reasons it is is delayed and in next 5 days it will be installed. Today i received message it is further delayed. Nobody is responding just to pull from box below why its delayed
On 24th and 25th online exams are ther. And hence we applied. If it is not installed in time what is the use. ?
