I have requested for Jio Fiber connection having order no. NO0000F0EL8E on 05-September-2020, Saturday.
My request was serviced by Mr. Arun Asharaf (Mobile: 6282901652). He sent Mr. Sukesh Kumar (Mob: 6282901623) for completion of the paperwork prior to installation
Accordingly, I made a payment of Rs. 1500/- on completion of documentation on the same date. The paper work was done by Mr. Sukesh Kumar (Mob: 6282901623).
It was assured by Mr. Sukesh Kumar (Mob: 6282901623) that the installation will be completed on 06-September-2020 and I got an sms that my FTTX request has been rescheduled at 09:00 to 10:00 hrs.
On 07.09.2020, I received an SMS that Jio Engineer is scheduled to visit my premises on 11-September-2020: 20:30:00 for installation of JioFiber connection.
Today, it is 14-September-2020 and I am yet to get the connection.
I feel totally befooled by the Jio Team and hence looking forward to cancelling my entire relationship with Reliance Jio. There should be positive communication to the customer.
