I applied for jio fiber installation on 21st April 2021. They were scheduled to visit the installation sight on 23rd but no one appeared. They appeared on 27th after I called them. They made me pay money for installation and security deposit of Rs.2500 then and there and told me that it will be installed next day. Next day no one came and the engineer visited day after and returned back without informing anything. Later in the evening I got msg that the installation has been rescheduled as per my request whereas I did not request for rescheduling. I contacted jio fiber customer care they told me that engineer will visit on 29th evening but no one came and again I got a msg that it has been rescheduled for the next as per my request. I got mail that engineer will visit on evening of 1st of May 2021 so I should wait till that. Now I have received a message that thi visit has been rescheduled as per my request which I have not done. I mailed them for refund twice. I applied for connection in urgency as I needed internet services as soon as possible but they have delayed it for 12 days and are not I stalling it. This has caused mental stress and agony to me.
