I Had requested a new Jio fiber connection with order no-NO0001A158S0 on my address. On date 26.11.2025 time 11:48 am Jio fiber representative mr Devender aggarwal assured me that the connection would be installed .As instructed by him , I made an online payment of Rs 999 through official merchant UPI ID (RELIANCE RETAIL LIMITED -paytm-80610929@ptybl) .However despite multiple follow-ups ,no installation has been done and i have recived no satisfactory response from team .
A case has been created under refrence number-JC3559638 ,but still there is no resolution.
