On 26.02.2022 I ordered Jio Fiber Connection bearing order no. 0000KM79UA. As I am practicing advocate in Bombay High Court I requested for installation at any time post 5 PM. That is not being done. Appointments are arbitrarily scheduled or rescheduled or on appointed date or time nobody turns up. I receive Phone call from +913335591883. It is one sided number and I cannot call back. These calls are followed by Notification from Jio Fiber on my email ID. These notifications mention at your request though the contents are contrary to my request or no such request made by me. I cannot reply to these Notification because the same too are one sided. Reliance has no effective grievance redressal system. Employee is king and customer supplicant. Taking advantage employees misbehave and have fun at the plight of customer. I want my order to be fulfilled for which I have fully paid for.
