3 months ago I had requested for DTH connection activation at my home and to my surprise CRM took it as relocation request which is very cynical. what else can be expected from bunch of morons.
Height is not for a single day i used DTH but AIRTEL was very prompt to share bill.
STB is lying( Unconnected) in a corner of my room exactly replicating a antique show piece.
May be some fine day i will sell it to gain a scrap amount .
I applied DTH connection for my mom who is 75 years old senior citizen but now after such bad experience she says she will prefer to be away from AIRTEL DTH rather then taking humiliating connection.
AND yes manager chethan and sales person puneet at bangalore must be feeling on top of the world unscathed by AIRTEL SUPERIORS .
Its 3 months and till date DTH is not installed and to my surprise i have emailed to nodal officer , appellate , CEO office , Digital live but no response
