I have subscribed Airtel Black service (broadband+DTH) by making a payment of Rs. 4,000/- on 12 August 2022. Accordingly broadband service was activated very next day and is working fine, however, till date DTH service has not been installed. Neither the service has been activated nor the amount has been refunded despite putting so many requests 25 August 2022 onwards. Also customer care service is not able to resolve the issue other than false promises and prolonged call holding. From customer care service, I got to know that the services for DTH was cancelled. Now, my questions are
(I) how can you cancel one particular service despite making advance payment for a combo service ?
(ii) why haven’t I been earlier for cancellation?
(iii) even if it is cancelled, why haven’t you refunded entire amount
