Sir I am a serving soldier and I am now posted at gorakhpur, UP at GRD kunraghat.
I applied for new airtel broadband connection on 25 Oct 21 at 100 Mbps speed (My NEW airtel broadband Ticket ID is 21-1691704635)
Airtel representative visit at site (Mr Rahul , ph no – +91 79058 19587), and he confirm that feasibility for my connection is available near my loc, and he also assures that connection will be installed within 02-03 days.
I have also make full payment on confirmation of Mr Rahul.
Now more than 10 days have been elapsed but no airtel indl have contacted me for instln of my new connection. I am calling all reps of airtel i.e. Mr Rahul(phone number-7905819587), zonal head airtel, gorakhpur) (ph no- 9810485972), Mr kirpashankar, zonal head, gorakhpur (ph no 7410044555). But all of them have not given good response to my calls or watsup messages and they are passing me the phone numbers to contact upon.
It is also intimated that , I have received info that there is no feasibility of new airtel broadband connection near my locality and Mr Rahul has convinced me just for sake of his profit at his own end. But new cassets has also been installed at my location but even then my connection has not been installed. This is just irresponsibility shown by AIRTEL.
Please pass my complaint and provide me justice. My compaint is registered on my mobile number
