Complaint regarding non installation of broadband- We had unfortunately requested for a new broadband connection with Airtel. We received a call immediately confirming that an Executive will be sent to check feasibility and confirm your booking. Same was done immediately your executive confirmed feasibility and took our booking with 6 months of advance monthly rentals on 6th May 2020 at our residence: House no 190,

Since then we have been following up with ever possible point of contact.
No installation has been done neither is our money being refunded.
We are living in the heart of the city, if Airtel is unable to provide us the services we fail to understand the very existence of the broadband network spread across the country.
The nearest Airtel centre of Sector 11 Panchkula have been visited by us umpteen times but no one seems to be in a position to service us, a new false promise is given to us by them. We have been regularly following up with your concerned staff (Mr. Satish -9815049751 (Sales) and Mr Gagandeep Singh – 9815555951) without any fruitful result. I have lodged a complaint also for the same on 8130181301 today. It’s been 15-20 days, we have been madly following up with you….paid you in advance….but never expected such a pathetic service from such a reputed company…it seems all the claims for efficient and fast network are false…Despite our regular follow up, your company for not even bothered to call/respond.
I need an immediate resolution to my problem otherwise I will be forced to take up the issue in media, social sites and law.
