I was given a commitment that the range of the modem will be 25 metres but the agency appointed was installing some local Chinese product with a range of 10 metres. Since then they are delaying the installation and giving false commitments. All installations done by Airtel in my apartments are of NOKIA modems. Please arrange immediate refund in case Airtel cannot provide a good quality modem.
