My tata sky subscriber ID is 1089986622.On 6 th Aug 2019 our existing set tot box was not working so request no.1LLQKJJO was made on 6 Aug 2019.I received text message from Tatasky that it will be completed On 6 Aug bet 16:54 to 17:54 but executive has not visited on that time.
In the night around 8:30 pm I received call from their executive requesting to provide the cancellation code for service request. I did not provided the same because my request was not resolved. I received nearly 6-7 text messages of cancellation code.
Executive also called me twice to provide the cancellation code but I did not provide him the same. After that they deducted Rd 590 from my tatasky account without resolving the complaint and without Set top box installation. Till today 15 Sept 2019 my complaint is unresolved
