Dear Sir,
1. I Lt Col Kuldeep singh is presently serving in Indian Army and is in possession of Airtel Post Paid No 9697813989 .
2. I was advised by your customer care assistant that I can include 03 Airtel postpaid no of any circle in Rs 999 family.
3. I was having post paid Rs 649/- per month plan and was sufficient for my monthly ussage.
4. I approached your customer care assistant through 198 facility and requested him to include post paid no 7906821765 in my family plan which was ported from jio . I was guided that firstly I have to convert my 649/- monthly plan to 999/- family plan then only Airtel postpaid no 7906821765 can be included .
5. However since 18 days above mentioned no has not been included in my family plan and I have received monthly bill for the new plan as well as for the Airtel postpaid no 7906821765 which was suppose to be included in new family plan .
6. I was assured by your team that till the time 7906821765 no is included in my 999/- family plan bill generated for 7906821765 no will be waived off .
7. If at all your system is not able to add different circle post paid no into my new post paid family plan then why was wrong advise given to me and my existing plan was converted from 649/- to 999/- plan .
7. You are requested to look into the matter urgently and address my grievances at the earliest with intimation to me else I will be compelled to port my all Airtel no to jio which have better network facility in the region .
