Dear Sir/Madam
I have done recharge of Rs 479/- on my number 7503537493 on 13-01-2022 but unable to generate invoice for the same through Airtel app, I have uninstalled the app and tried but same problem persists. Screenshot is attached herewith for your reference. I am taking up this matter on 198 and 121 from past 1week but no positive output from Airtel team.
Kindly look into this matter on urgent basis if same problem persists and issue is not resolved them i will be compelled to choose other operator.
